運送政策

For now we're just open for local sales (Hong Kong) with the following delivery methods:

SF Express Delivery (pay upon arrival):

Final delivery fee will be calculated by the SF Express, depending on destination and size of the parcel.
For reference:
1-2 items (approx HK$35-50) 
3-4 items (approx HK$60-90)
For remote areas, there is a surcharge delivery fee (approx HK$20).

You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number when your order has been dispatched.

 

Self Pickup at Resonance Studio:
We will contact you to arrange the pickup time after your purchase is confirmed. 

Opening hours
Wed - Thur : 3-9pm
Sat - Sun    : 11-5pm

Location: Chai Wan Industrial City phase 1

Dispatched Time:
Orders will be dispatched 2–5 working days.
Made to order pieces will take approximately 1 month to dispatch.

 

Packaging:
All items will be heavily wrapped and carefully packed with eco-friendly materials.
